Each artwork begins as one of Dave Sheldrake's original Algarve photographs before being carefully transformed by me, artist Alyson Sheldrake, into a unique painterly interpretation inspired by the world's greatest artists. The result is artwork that celebrates the stunning beaches and landscapes of Portugal's Algarve in a completely new way.
