All of my paintings are original acrylic paintings on board, which all have a simple white hidden box frame and are ready to hang. This gives the illusion of the painting 'floating' on the wall and suits the modern style of paintings on this site. Each painting comes with its own Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
Paintings are sometimes available for sale on-line - see individual pictures for more information.
All purchases can be made using PayPal, which is a recognised safe and secure method of on-line payment. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. Alternatively you can pay via bank transfer.
Prices are shown in € Euros - please note that PayPal will automatically convert this to your local currency at the current exchange rate.
The on-line price shown may include postage and packing to Europe and UK, this will be clearly stated if included. Please contact me for postage costs outside these areas.
Paintings are posted to you, wrapped securely in bubble wrap and cardboard packaging, and are posted via Parcel Post. Each parcel is registered with a tracking number. Items are typically dispatched within 2 days after an order is made. Please note that parcels can take 7-10 working days to be delivered to the UK and Europe from mainland Portugal.
I am not currently VAT registered and so do not charge any extra taxes on my prices at present.
Customers receiving goods outside the UK may be liable for duty charges, customs clearances and/or other taxes levied in their own country. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to pay any local taxes or duties.
My returns policy is simple: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it to me within 14 days for a full refund minus my postage and PayPal fees.
I ask that if you are taking advantage of this offer you do so in genuine cases only. If you return any goods you will be responsible for the cost to return the goods to me. I am based in Portugal.
To make sending things back as painless as possible please follow the following steps:
1. Please e-mail me quoting your order number and reason for the return.
2. As soon as I receive your notification, I will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order to me.
3. Once I have received your returned order, I will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days, but please allow 28 days.
• Goods must be returned in good condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging.
• I cannot refund shipping costs for orders unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU distance selling directive.
If your items are damaged on arrival, please inform me immediately, I will arrange for a replacement or provide you with a full refund if that should be your preferred action. Please keep all the original packaging.
